I'm so lost with this one! I came up with three wild guesses that are probably WAY off, but if it somehow turns out to be one of the two I didn't choose, I'm going to hate myself so much

I feel confident my guess is wrong. My brain is struggling with do the gifts have a theme or are they random? It's affecting my thought process on this and likely making it harder on me. My guess was the only thing that came to mind but it's unlikely.
