I'm ignoring the fact that this is in the wrong forum and replying as though it's in the right one...
All of these rumours are false, Microsoft aren't stupid enough to call a system 720, which is simply double 360. The Xbox360 was called 360 because that's how many degrees are in a circle, hence the circular power button. 3000? It probably won't be a number at all so don't get your hopes up.
