Uhh, it was all picked up by ear. Both my brother and myself have perfect pitch, after all, so it was as easy as pie.

:p I'm actually pretty good at playing by ear too. I used to be able to play a few songs on ocarina of time but I'd say I forgot them by now...

I can play some songs on a piano by ear, usually finding the keys by trial-and-error.
