Nooo >.< I was hoping that it wouldn't be true and I started walking everywhere. I noticed some odd looking patches even when I DIDN'T walk there. Like in between a bunch of trees and I don't walk between any trees DX

walking still makes paths but slowlier, It's not as bad as ppl say, It addes character to ur town =D

Huh. I was wondering why there were little patches of brown in the middle of my grass patch. x3 Now I know. I don't particularly want to lose my grass, but hey, at least it's something new. XD

I haven't run since I first saw the signs of my grass wearing away. Trust me, it is taking days longer to wear away the grass now.

So much for simulation. Nintendo really has it out for all who run in this game. Nothing good comes out of running - only bad.

I ONLY walk now. The incoming dirt patches are really tacky. Nice stars of grass on the ground, but whatever - this isn't Kirby.

Walking does the same thing, only not as quickly.

OH NOES! So eventually, the whole town is path?!! Argh! This is saddening, and really upsetting. No more exploring my town it seems. Have to stick to the SAME ROUTE. Does the grass grow back!?

If you actually read atleast one of the pages you would see it does grow back.. Even faster is theres trees/flowers next to the place that's died.[/quote]I've had flowers and trees planted on the areas I wanted to grow back over the weekend, but there wasn't an ounce of change at all.

Maybe they neglected to mention if seasons have any impact on regrowth? Like maybe it grows back only in the Spring/Summer months. Most likely not, but you never know.

Time to email Nintendo.

Yeah, the ramp to the top level of my town is pretty trashed.

I go up that same route every day, as I live on the bottom level. It looks cool at the early stages, but later, it gets kinda ugly.

For me, so far, I haven't had too much trouble with trails. I'm starting to notice some of them starting to form, but nothing too "gross" yet.

Okay, posts like this are annoying. How about you just ignore them if it bugs you so? Some people would like to keep their town looking nice and not have to run around a desert day and night when the shouldn't have too. Not to mention the inability for snow to show up anywhere in town because there's no grass for it to fall on.

If grass was never part of the AC experience before, it certainly is now.
