Velma is my absolute favorite villager, and I don't see a lot of love for her at all. It may be for varying reasons why people aren't fond of her but I have not seen her that way in my eyes, I adore her design and I love her house I'm so excited to meet her once more in New Horizons!

Mallary! I've literally never seen anyone talk about her lol
she was one of my starting villagers in my WW town; I still have my original save, and every once in a while I would log in and she's STILL there lmao
she's not my favorite favorite, but she's grown on me haha
I also like Jacques, he was a random move-in in my NL town and he's also grown on me :'D he's def up there in my favorites lol

Raddle is the villager I loved the most when I first laid eyes on him. Sprocket, I like him more than Ribbot. And Boris, I hate all the pig villagers except him. He just has those cool tusks.

Boomer. I love him. He was a random move in but the first time i seen him in game he became my favorite villager. He’s so cute and he loves his little bug friends lol.

Huge Margie fan here, I was really excited to invite her to my town today off my first 'sold' plot.

Freckles was the first villager to move in besides my starters, and I had never met her before. She's a total darling and truly my favorite! :-]

Most of my favorites have history to them..

Rocco and Woolio (sigh, please come back) were my absolute favorites in PG. I had short stories with our adventures. They stuck around the longest... unfortunately Woolio left and I only had Rocco remaining. When he moved I actually stopped playing...

In WW, I had a pirate theme and Rod was perfect for that. Camofrog was there and I imagined him as a war veteran. Savannah was my girl. She was so sweet. I did everything for her..

CF i did an Egyptian theme. I managed to get Rod, Savannah, and Camofrog back (but not Rocco) and fell in love with Ankha because she was perfect for my town thematically. Alas, my Wii memory got corrupted and that put an end to that.

NL was pretty easy to get your favorites, so Rocco finally returned to me after all those years, and was joined by Camofrog, Savannah, Rod, and Ankha. These became my core five. I was mayor and in my story driven mind, they were my council. I did have some cool new ones in NL like Flora and Julian, but they never came close to being top animals.

So now in NH.... it should be easier than ever to get my core five thanks to all of the amiibo cards. Camofrog is already in the camp. Ive got plenty of time....

Gayle! The heart on her snout is soooo cute, and she's really sweet.

But I probably won't get her again in NH since I had her in New Leaf and I have too many normal villagers I love (especially pink ones) to repeat them from game to game. ;_; My island is already full up with Marina and Peaches!

EDIT: Oh, also Joey! I know people tend to like Stitches the most among the lazy villagers, but Joey is super cute, too. He's such a nice sunny color and really brightens up your town/island!

I really like Gigi! I didn't like her at first, and then I moved her into New Leaf because I was desperate for a frog and she's the only frog amiibo card I have, and I quickly grew attached to her.
EDIT: Also, Sylvia. I'm a huge fan of Wander Over Yonder, and Sylvia from that show acts like an Uchi villager, so the fact that there's an Uchi villager named Sylvia just seems perfect. They both have long faces and long, thick tails as well!
