I'd have trouble picking one, seeing as I've been doing art since middle school. But here are some of my favorites (spoiler-tagged for your convenience):

Absolutely gorgeous, Amissa; that Fakir is divine to look at love how you drew him out and what a great outfit he is wearing there and I am in love with that last picture as well; all are beautiful though<3

Aww, thanks a lot! I'm still getting accustomed to being more positive about my art. I appreciate the compliment, thank you! That piece of Fakir was an AU (Alternate Universe) thing I was playing around with. It's also one of the few times I managed to do a background that looked decent, so I was really happy. And it holds nostalgic value to me since I made and sent it to my dad via e-mail the day before his bone marrow transplant. He said it helped him feel my support from 10 hours away and that meant the world to me. That's why it's first in my list there.

The last one is actually the oldest there, haha. It's from 2006. But it was a huge milestone to me at the time for digital coloring back when I still did it all with a mouse. And I got to send it to a fanart collection book from USA artists that was given as a gift to Itoh Ikuko (the creator of Princess Tutu) at a convention. It was featured in a picture in NewType magazine that year from the same convention. So it holds a lot of nostalgic and special value to me, as well.

You're very welcome, you deserve the praise<3 I am glad you are on your way to keeping positivity about your lovely artwork; I am absolutely ecstatic about seeing your beautiful line-work and color palettes you have used I must admit I am smitten with that Fakir AU haha xD He looks incredible in that gear. Awww that part about your father sounds absolutely beautiful, very glad to hear it inspired some support for him<3 And what a great way to start off your art list.

My best drawing is this:

I did this drawing after I adopted my first adopt. Her name is Elizabeth Faith. She even has her own story which I have yet to release... but yeah, I really like this one.. Her skin shading was the best job I've done like ever, and I think I redrew her pretty damn well.

Thanks so much! Haha, it's kind of funny that you picked the first and last ones as the standouts, since all the ones inbetween don't really have a sentimental or special story behind them. But yeah, I love playing with AUs! It's so fun. : ) And it's a great way to explore new settings and other things with characters that I already love to draw.

I don't recommend mouse work, though. At least, not a lot of it. I'm pretty sure my carpal tunnel issues stem largely from how much of that stuff I used to do by hand with the mouse. It's not good for your hand/wrist. But thank you so much! : )

This is really incredible. I'm always in awe of people who can create scenery and backgrounds. I find that one of the most difficult things to do with art. And this is gorgeous, from the lighting to the shadows and how life-like it looks. Fantastic.
