For me its today when I caught a coelacanth. I literally gasped in shock because I thought i was fishing up another seabass. This moment is only beaten by the time Frita moved in lol.

Mine would probably be moving Grizzly into my town. He was one and only dreamie because I had him in my original GameCube town and loved him. I waited for many months, hoping to get him randomly or through the campsite, but it wasn't happening. So I finally bought his Amiibo card and moved him in that way. I was so thrilled to see him walking around my town that first day!

Getting my favorite villager, anchovy. I remember getting him in ACWW but after not playing for a while he left my town. So having him in my current NL town was amazing

I can't pin down one single moment, but I think it was getting my dreamies to move in. I got Tia only after 5 times of plot resetting, I also got Roscoe, Octavian and a long time ago, Wolfgang throu the campsite. Julian twice was a random move in, which made me really happy since I've wanted him forever, and I forget how I got Punchy and Tutu, but I have them also.

Wolfgang, Tutu and Punchy have all been my friends since either WW or CF, so I really like having them in my towns.

Probably when my villagers give me pictures. All the ones I have now are from April Fools, but I know I'll get them soon

Once I found Zell sitting on my log bench in front of the City Hall, he invited me to join him and it was the cutest thing ever. Another thing was when I earned Fauna's picture!!

I think getting Lucky as a random move in from someone's void is a pretty recent happy moment I can think of right now!

1. Getting the game box, looking at the cartridge and putting it in my 3DS; seeing this cute pupper running around a circle and knowing that this will forever be my favourite 3DS game and one of my favourite games of all time.

My most happiest ACNL moment was when I had finished landscaping my town for the first time and made a dream address for others to visit it. I felt very accomplished at that moment since I usually reset my towns after achieving the Perfect Town status.

When I decided to reset my town even though I loved it, and when I arrived to my new one Bianca was there (she's in the top 3 of my dreamies), I was S O happy.

Completing my fish encyclopedia by catching a guppy!! I spent a whole morning fishing in the river when i realized i was only missing one fish and i wasn't really expecting to catch one because they're rare apparently but i did and it was great!

Another would be finding Tammy at my campsite when i was thinking about looking for her on the forum? She's such a pretty bear cub!! It was really surprising and i felt really lucky ;w; she's also a great character for desert island escape hehe

I would say getting both Filbert and Ankha's pictures are my top moments. They are my favorite villagers, so it was nice to have built up max friendship with them.

I’ve told this story before but it was definitely having my best girl Tangy as a starting villager in New Leaf, over a decade after she was in my Wild World town <3

A moment? It happened within the first year I played “Animal Crossing: New Leaf.” It was getting Julian. This was in the first quarter of 2014. That was well before “Welcome amiibo.” And Julian is in my first town, the one I have played since I began “Animal Crossing: New Leaf,” the town of Applewin. He is one more example why I have never reset that town and why, to this day, I do my best to control keeping all villagers to continue living in Applewin. It is not only my first town. It is also theirs.

With regard for accomplishment: My best town is ACNLpics. (Refer to my signature for the link.) ACNLpics has museum-themed humans’ houses in which they have all 333 regular villagers’ as well as the 50 “Welcome amiibo,” the 6 Sanrio, and the special characters’ pictures. For me it's when Marcel came to my birthday party. He's my favourite villager and I didn't think he'd ever be able to since we share a birthday. I figured the game would just keep him in his house all day for his celebration, but last year I was shocked when I got to Nan's house and saw Marcel waiting to celebrate with me first before I went to celebrate at his house. It's only happened once in all the years I've been playing this game, but it made me so happy that I finally got to have my party with my favourite villager.

There have been many happy moments, but I think one of the best ones must have been the day I saw Tangy's house plot appear in a nice spot in my town after inviting her in from my friend's town. Tangy is my favorite villager and my friend was really kind to hold her for me.

Another cool moment I've had was finding another favorite villager, Charlise, in the campsite and having enough space to invite her in my town as well. It felt lucky to find a favorite there since the chances feel really small.

It's only happened once in all the years I've been playing this game, but it made me so happy that I finally got to have my party with my favourite villager.

That's so sweet! He must have noticed that you like him a lot so he wanted to share some kindness too.

I think the first time my buddy Tom ever gave me his picture was my happiest moment in ACNL. He gave me like 7 more pictures after that LOL (I kept all of them!) but there was just something so special about the first one after wanting it for so long.
