Your pet peeves?

It’s still good to be nice and help others out. This kind of rubs me the wrong way as I tend to put others before myself.

But if someone is doing it to actually get something in return or they are secretly a liar or something, then yeah, I can agree with this.

I mean yeah, if u put urself before others that's genuinely nice.. I kinda mean like, people who are just so nice it's annoying or just too good to be true, they just don't seem real to me. I don't really get along with people like that

Yeah, I get what you’re talking about. I’ve dealt with those people before and definitely agree.

Defending someone who hurt them because they are so blinded by the abuser (I've had heated arguments with my friends defending their exes and it really makes me mad!), lying when it's so obvious that they're lying, people who shove their beliefs into others also I guess right-handed everything. I'm a left-handed person and everything's an inconvenience for me.

- People of any community/movement putting themselves on high horses and demeaning other for not knowing everything about them/community etc. Like yeah no sorry I don't sit and read about all the eg. LGBTQ+ terms and lingo everyday don't be a douche. But sure I can go demean you because you don't know certain old stuff I do (just an example, I'm aware it's bad but just to illustrate how annoying it is. Also there are bad and good eggs in every place, I just had bad luck idk?). Yes I am aware you should for example not assume pronouns and gender but when you ask and people get rude for that just chill pill amigo.

- Idk how common it is nowadays but people who have their minds set on what a "true fan" of anything is.. Bruh let people enjoy what they want without knowing eg. all the band members' birthdays and such or knowing certain quotes etc. by heart... grah.

- When people get surprised when you haven't seen certain mainstream movies or heard mainstream songs. Etc. Do I have to mention most films we got to saw during film studies was historical and more "world" things rather than just mainstream Hollywood(we get to saw a few of those as well but.. yeah). Same with music, if it's modern or just old boring pop yeah no.

When people take forever to understand something. Okay, yeah, sometimes we have our slow days, but that's different. I'm talking about if a person has a history of not understanding something and it keeps going like AAAARRRGGGHHH
