What do you use for your skincare routine? Does it work really well?

Well, my skincare routine is really outdated and I really needa buy all the moisturizers and stuff for it because they ran out, but for cleaning my face I use Kibiki's green tea facial wash, and it turns my face from like dark brown to like super pale like kpop star pale (i wear a lot of bronzer,) but even when i don't it really cleans your face and makes it glowy because of the catechin int he green tea. I also use CURE to exfoliate my face like once a week and it's like really different from those traditional exfoliaters, it's like a gell that you put onto your face and rub it around and like you will begin to see all your dead skin cells gathering in like tiny balls on your face. to moisturize I use the suhada shizuku pack gel at night and it's kinda like a night mask. You apply it to your face and like tiny water bubbles start to form on your face that's supposed to trap in the moisture.

Since I've switched to this skincare routine, it really helped clear up my skin A LOT in the last year or so.

Share your skin care routines!

my skin sucks ass rn

but i use the muji cleansing oil to remove my makeup, shiseido perfect whip cleanser after (i love this stuff so much), like 2 times a week i'll use a face scrub and i normally use the st ives apricot on, then i finish off with a moisturiser and right now im using the neutrogena oil free one. i tend to switch it up a lot

lol i spend way too much time on skincare

I start with a cleansing oil by NUDE even though I don't really wear makeup. Rub it in, wait a minute or two, and then rinse it out. Then I use an Aveeno scrub to exfoliate. After that, I put on a syn-ake mask (synthetic snake venom) that makes my cheeks feel like a baby's butt. yas. then there's a mild cleanser, then shiseido moisturizing toner. after that I use clinadycin and tretinoin topicals for my acne/breakouts. I wake up in the middle of the night to wash off the topicals and put on a collagen mask, which I sleep in. twice a week I do a mud mask and twice a week i do a peel-off charcoal mask. that's it I think

idk how well it works in the long run but my face feels like a babys bum bum n thats all that matters

I just recently switched my face wash and I'm using Fresh Farmacy from Lush to try and dry out some of the oily parts of my face. It also makes my face feel reaaallllllyyyy soft which is awesome. Then I use a Burts Bees acne clearing moisturizer to keep my skin from getting too dry.

Every now and then I'll use a charcoal mask from Origins that also makes my face super soft and helps stop breakouts.

I keep getting stuff for my face so I'll start doing it but I am really bad at keeping it up. I have a three step care set with like a lotion, wipes, and cleanser but I have only used it a few times. I also have a couple different kinds of peely masks and nose strips which I do more often because they're entertaining so I actually find myself wanting to do them. I try to keep my stuff in the shower for washing my face but since I switch between 2 showers I skip it a lot.

i dont look into detail in my skin care products. all i know is they're all korean products
they're pretty simple, all i really do is moisturize every night & day and i wash my face three times a day. once in the morning, again in the middle of the day and again at night bc my skin produces a lot of oil. it annoys the *** out of me

I have a pretty basic routine. I use Desert Essence tea tree oil facewash. About once a week I'll exfoliate with a Korean exfoliating glove - I just use it gently in my face & it works better than anything else I have tried, then I use argan oil as my moisturizer & raw shea butter around my eye area.

coconut oil woooooooooo! it's literally great for anything. skin care, makeup removal, lip balm, hair conditioner, anything i tell you, anYTHING

but fr tho i don't do much.. i mean i exfoliate 2 times a week and wash my face 2 times a day and moisturize each morning but thats about it

pretty basic but i'm working on it! i moisturise with lush skin drink (jesus if you don't like sesame don't get it) and exfoliate with their ocean scrub about 3 or 4 times a week (it's quite gentle). i use the garnier miceller water to take off my make up and then sometimes the nivea eye make up remover if i'm wearing heavy eye make up. i usually cleanse with either the peaches and cream milk cleanser from soap and glory or the 9-5 one from lush. at night i put on a basic garnier night cream and then a serum (shoutouts to aleonhart lmao) from the body shop!

i'm pretty happy with everything, my skin is always pretty clear but i would like to get a couple more high end things and esp some korean products but it's pretty expensive to order them from the uk (although amazon have a couple of things)

I have a simple routine: I wash my face in the morning and apply a light moisturizer. That's it! I don't wash my face a second time unless I wore makeup, and I usually don't. Once a week, I use an extractor on my nose to clear out my pores. Those Biore strips never did anything for me, but the extractor works beautifully. Despite my awful diet, I never really had acne and I don't have lines on my face, other than the usual smile lines and faint lines on my forehead. I feel very lucky.

I am obsessed with skincare. I have different routines for morning and night, and do special treatments once or twice a week. My skin is dry and incredibly sensitive, but using the right products regularly has helped a lot with both issues.

Morning:
Foam cleanser (Klairs Rich moist foaming cleanser) - I recently bought this and so far I really like it, although it's not the best cleanser I've tried
Oil cleanser (Klairs Gentle black deep oil cleanser) - This a new addition as well and although I like it, I found it a bit too dense for my taste.
Toner (Silk Naturals 8% AHA Toner) - I LOVE this product. It hasn't irritated my extremely reactive skin and it has minimise my pores. Win win.
Serum (It's Skin Power 10 Formula VC Effector) - Great product. It has vitamin C and green tea, and works wonder on brightening my skin.
Eye cream (La Prairie Cellular revitalising eye gel) - This is another of my staples. I have really dark under eye circles and this has been the only product that has managed to both moisturize and lighten the area.
Moisturizer (Lush Celestial) - It has worked for me in the past, but now it feels a bit too much. I'm on the hunt for a new one.
Lip moisturiser (Elizabeth Arden Cream 8h Lip Balm) - I love this product. It works really well and it has spa 20. I wish it was a bit higher though.
Sunscreen (Cumlaude SPF 50) - I love this cream. I have really pale skin so I need higher SPF, but most of the sunscreens I've tried were too thick. Not this one though, it's really smooth although it is a bit of a pain to remove it completely.

Evening:
Eye/lip makeup remover - I switch between NARS and MAC, depending on how much makeup I've got on.
Coconut oil - I remove the rest of my makeup with coconut oil. I have to use very little or it clogs my pores. If the sunscreen isn't coming out (it does that sometimes) I use a bit of the oil cleanser as well.
Foam cleanser - same as morning
Toner - same as morning
Serum (La Prairie cellular swiss ice crystal dry oil) - I love this product. My skin feels incredible. Before I was using it, it tended to literally hurt by the end of day, and it hasn't since day one of using it.
Eye cream - same as morning
Lip moisturizer (Carmex) - I really like it, but the scent it's too strong to use it in the mornings.
Moisturiser (Tony Moly Banana sleeping pack) - A recent purchase as well. I love the scent, and my skin feels smoother, but I need to keep using it in order to see wether I really like it or not.

Twice a week I exfoliate both my lips (I always use one of Lush lip scrubs) and my face (I alternate between Lush Ocean Salt and a Shisheido one) and apply either a sheet mask or a mud mask (I do this twice a week, so one day it's the multiple sheet masks for eye area, nose and full face and the next it's the mud mask).

It seems like a lot of work, but it barely takes me 10-15 minutes and my skin has never looked better. Nowadays I barely use any makeup (I do my eyes, lips and maybe a bit of contouring and blush) since my skin looks airbrushed, I kid you not.

Body: Body wash, body lotion, exfoliate once a month

Lips: SPF lip balm almost constantly

Face: remove makeup with hydrating cleansing wipes, wash face in the shower, face lotion with SPF, BB or CC cream with SPF

I have a spin brush so I use a cetaphil face cleaner then use epiduo for any acne.
I wash my twice a day with cetaphil.

I wash my face every night with an acne cleanser from murad, and then put a moisturizer on my face. In the morning I cleanse my face with just a basic hydrating cleanser. And once a week I use an exfoliant.

i just put moisturizer / sunscreen every morning and clean my face with cetaphil . i'm also sure to wear chapstick every day

Even my skincare routine is a bit outdated, I religiously follow the three steps of cleansing, toning and moisturizing with a good serum, I have been following this routine for a few years now and it has never failed me. If we follow these basics we will definitely get the results.

I use some gentle daily scrub, then I use micellar water (which is the coolest thing ever tbh). After that I use this leave-on mask that just like absorbs into your skin. Then some moisturizer! First routine to actually give me crazy results. Woo!

well lezzee theres the pimples. Every morning and night I wash it with regular acne wash, and use a pad thing with salacylic acid or something in it, idk

pls no moisturizer for me, my skin is oily enough.

i clean my face with neutrogena face cleanser every morning when i wake up. then i use moisturizing cream. when i have pimples, i use neutrogena on-the-spot acne cleanser. i put it on overnight then when i wake up, the pimple isn't as bad as it was the day before. it works really good.

i use a greek yoghurt cleanser from korres, a moisturizer from nivea, and an acne treatment that was prescribed!! i definitely recommend the cleanser though, it has made my skin look amazing (:) i also exfoliate every few days/once a week depending on whether my skin is smooth or not!!

moisturizer should be used no matter your skin type (:) find a light moisturizer so it doesn't add to oiliness.
