I don't know if this is already common knowledge, but I found out today that you can see your stats for Spotify. It's like Spotify Wrapped, but you can check it any time instead of once a year.

For me, I've decided to put my top 10 artists, tracks, and genres from the past 4 weeks. Checking the past 6/12 months just gives me the same 4 bands, which is a lot less interesting. :v

My top 10 genres are no surprise to me. I think this accurately represents everything. The only music outside of these genres that I listen to are very specific rock and grunge, but that's only when I'm disassociating because of my BPD. I have a playlist for my BPD called "don't mind me, just disassociating" and it has a bunch of those songs. The fact that they aren't in the top 10 may be a good thing. It means I'm not disassociating.
