ah sorry for my late reply! but i made it by hand in paint tool SAI but i think most image editing software would work as long as it supports the use of layers! most of the components i hand-drew then just copy/pasted (such as the box for each shiny, and the little pixels indicating which game i caught the shiny in), and the background is one i found online and then all the sprites are from bulbapedia. the letters/numbers/gender symbols i just drew in with the pixel tool. hope at least some of this helps! feel free to ask any more questions if you have them c:
