oh yeah it is think it got both and US and EU release for the game itself, console was NA and JP only afaik. but yeah i think the JP version is somewhat playable, if you want the stories you should go for persona 3 and 4 respectively :3

Also, re Persona Q, some commands and text are actually in English funny enough, but most story and dialogue are in Japanese I think. I guess it's playable as long as you get to know the commands and some text but yeah it's cool beans still and since it followed the console gotta try!
