I have a second town, and just from working on my first, it's pretty hard to keep up with two. After I finish my first town, I'll be like, "Ughh, more work".
I'm at 27 pwps, though I wish I could get more..

And also, it's your decision if you decide to restart your town, considering just from the day you joined TBT, but I personally think it's wonderful. Maybe just a few pwp here and there and it will look spectacular, because your town could have a lot of potential.
