I don't have Pokebank. And I never beat ORAS. I'm not sure where the move tutors are hiding. How about just Cacnea without the annoying move? I'll try to get farther in ORAS later.
I just checked and the move tutor Pokemon are in BW 2. I forget what games that one can trade with. Maybe I should try to get them in ORAS. Tuxedo Mask is in X though.
