I wouldn't blame you if you were trying to pull a Lambda! I'm currently making cheesy potatoes with crispy potato topping, my own green bean casserole recipe, Korean BBQ-style Beyond meatballs, and for dessert I'm planning on vanilla bean ice cream with strawberries and 25-year-aged Modena balsamic vinegar that I got for Christmas.

Also, everyone please feel free to share what you're having for dinner tonight, with pics if you want! We can all pretend we're eating together.

We had crab legs, cheesy potatoes (kinda like baked potatoes since it still has the skin, but not really), ham, bean casserole (no mushrooms). Also scallops, deviled eggs, beef, plain noodles (for my nieces, otherwise normally we don’t have noodles with our dinner. I just had crab legs, cheesy potatoes, a few small pieces of ham and bean casserole. I was really happy about the crab legs since last year they were to expensive and was the first year we had Christmas dinner without it.

My family had a bunch too! Spaghetti, pancit (noodle dish), steamed bangus, lechon (roasted pork), and graham fruit cake! I love the comfort of local dishes ;w;

I wish I took pictures of the food I ate, but I had an early dinner (as usual) with my family! It was delicious though, and we're going to be having the same thing tomorrow so I'll post a late-to-the-pretend-dinner-party photo. The food you made sounds absolutely amazing!

ma'am I'm drooling, that all sounds absolutely delicious!! I'm especially intrigued by the ice cream, strawberries, and Modena balsamic vinegar!! that combo sounds so tasty!

my Christmas dinner was small since it's just me and my parents (and no pics sadly since I've already.. devoured it.. LOL), but we had roast beef, roasted squash, turnips, potatoes, and green beans, with vanilla and chocolate cheesecake for dessert when we come home from looking at Christmas lights later!

That sounds amazing. We had ham , prime rib, macaroni and cheese , potatoes and asparagus . I also made peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies .

No pics because it has already been Consumed but we had a fresh salad, leftover mashed potatoes from Christmas Eve, and the cheesy spinach artichoke heart dip my mom makes every year (with fancy crackers)!! c: The dip also has chopped jalapeños in it... it is super good stuff
