A few questions about designs

I'm making a design right now and I put a lot of work into the left sleeve, I want to copy it to the right, is that possible?

Can you make pant designs or at least change their color?

I'm not sure about the pants :O But you can copy from the left sleeve to the right sleeve, I'm pretty sure :3 I think you had to go to the screen where you can select which part you want to edit, and then drag it from the left sleeve to the right one?
