Advice for this drawing??

I'm drawing a picture and I think I did the hair right but idk how to draw the body?? I tried to put in arms but they just made it look worse so I erased them. plz help

oh also how do I colour hair

did you sketch a guideline first before lining this? doing that makes it easier to figure out how the body works and where to put what beforehand.

the hair looks lovely but i'm not an expert on how to color hair (traditionally especially since i haven't done traditional art in ages), but my method is going one stroke at a time and putting down the darker colors first before moving on to the base and highlights.

(also that head is bothering me, it looks like she has a giant cranium since her face is so low >_>)
