Would you be able to hold Juliam for me for a few hours to when I gte home? I'll be able to get the bells if I'm a bit short on them. My god, this is seriously the forth Julian I'm getting, he always manages to slip away. Still, I'll be super careufl with this one XD.

yes you have to cycle 16 out to be able to have him again in your town

Have looked at Roscoe or Drago before, but I really liekd Julian whilst he lasted. Looking into Lolly form another cycling thread to fill the spare spot.

Sorry to butt in... (and this may sound stupid) but in a situation where you want a villager again:
Do you have to cycle out 16 villagers from the moment the villager moves out or any number will do... just 16?
Say a town was new, and your villager was the 5th villager to move out.
Do you have to wait another 16 to get him back or another 11?
