Yep I am 30 in march and I purposely bought it for my kids for christmas so I could play it.
I dont blame the yunguns for not wanting to play with someone out of their age range or for their parents wanting that too there are an awful lot of wierdos out there. I will only allow friends and family on to my kids AC and people I trust on to mine. There is nothing wrong with wanting to stay safe.

i can understand if it's like a 50 year old man trying to get 12 year old kids to play with them by going out of their way, but if you have kids that you're worried about, they shouldn't be on this forum to begin with... maybe you choose their friends for them, because they don't know the risks.

and regardless, how do you know the innocent 12 year old boy your 9 year old son is playing with that "can't afford wiispeak" isn't actually a 50 year old man lying? if you're concerned about your kids to that extent, they don't need to be on-line at all, especially on this forum.

Thats why they arent on this forum I am and I only let them have real life firends or family have their friend codes. They are only 6 and 8 though. Im just saying I understand how some kids parents would go mental if they knew they had an adult on their friend list.. A lot of parents are still very afraid of the internet and don't even know as much as their kids when it comes to the net.

I don't think you can be too old to play a game like this ..
On a Dutch community site (won't name it, but if you're Dutch you've heard of it, no doubt) it's like facebook, but kinda different, there's an AC-community within that community and the age-range is 10 - 50somethin' the stay-at-home-moms & their kids just love the game so it's more like a family game ..

& I think it depends with what games you grow up with ..
i'm 16 & grew up with pokemon & I don't think I'll stop playing (well, i'm not playing it as much as I used to though) but the point is, there's no "age limit"

ps, my sis, mom, aunt & grandma's got a ds, they play mario kart and stuff, kinda fun to watch them racing & sometimes yelling at eachother

kids, you're playing an on-line game. get over it that the game is rated E for everyone and you might have to play with older people once in a blue moon, with "older" being 18-20+.

since when do 15 year old boys call 21 year old "women" pedophiles for wanting to give them some peaches? times have changed, i say, times have changed.
