Nintendo is so lazy...and that's thee only problem. They're too lazy to make the fans happeh. D:
Don't ever say Nintendo is lazy :p
They work very very hard just to make this game. Even if it is a remake, this game requires much more effort. I also think they wanted to release this game for the Holiday Season, so they cut out some stuff they didn't have time to put in there.
With the DLC, a lot of problems will be solved. Be patient.
Nintendo was lazy to make this game. How hard can it be to copy a DS game to a disk.............lol
Pretty hard :p
They have to convert a game from a Chip to a CD. They also fine-tuned the game, added holidays, new furniture sets, and prepped the game for the inevitable release for the DLC. It requires much more work than you expect :p

^You tell em B :p

Yeah I'd actually rather have DLC than all at once... makes you appreciate each bit more

Yeah, but if they made such a big change from AC to AC:WW, why couldn't they do the same from AC:WW to AC:CF

Maybe they have it planned, to release it like that, please us but then add more bit by bit instead of all at once so there is more to give all the time and they can pay more attention to each part

Do you think it would be possible for them to add new music as a download.
I wonder if we would have to pay for it.....

I actually like the idea of animal crossing pay and pay DLC...
probably not for music but maybe for rare furni sets?

CF is just WW on a wii disk. How is that not lazy???????? They could have at least changed it a little bit.

Not so much lazy, more rushed to get it out for christmas. Maybe if they had of waited until next christmas and had it all perfect...
But that is a long wait. I'm glad I have it now, I can make money and stuff until DLC is here.

definitely agree that NES games should come back. they're putting so much emphasis on the wiiware, that we only get 1 old game a week, if that.

how about if you own the game already through VC, you get the NES game in AC?

Wrong again, pal.
Thank you King. At least somebody agrees with me that Nintendo is not lazy.
BUT, City Folk is almost the same as Wild World!!!!!!!!!
No it is not <_<
City Folk has better online, new holidays, special DLC updates and installations, and a lot of other advanced but small features. If you think Nintendo is so lazy, and WW is excactly like City Folk, then why don't you sell your City Folk and just play WW from now on?

AND ww didn't have the ability to switch tools with the left and right keys did it?
That, is a good but small improvement.

they should have not been lazy and researched who was the most likely audience for this game.

the ads only show 30-something women. for one, this forum has a strong male bias. then again, maybe this forum isn't representative of everyone in the world who's bought this game....

thoughts?

I think males get slightly more into the online side and that is why there is more males here but yeah the adverts could show a wider audience,

ya i think you're absolutely right, now that i think about it...

and we have so many people on this forum, i really wonder how many people are out there that play this... i guess my thing is that it wouldn't be the same for me without the online experience, and how else are you going to get it without...going online and finding people?

The ads are stupid <_<
They just used those ads to attract everybody. The AC veterans know what to expect from this game, and have already decided if they want to get it. So Nintendo realized this, and made their ads appeal to the not so hardcore gamers, so they would have a fanbase consisiting of both hardcore and normal gamers
