And here I go again, leaving things until the next day to do them. C'est la vie...
I did play a bit the night before yesterday, where I found Mira wanting me to deliver something to Apollo. I agreed, and since he was still awake, I took it over to him, only to find that it was something he ordered for me. I opened it up right away, and he said he hoped I enjoyed my new star tee. Oh, I will...just as soon as I can sell it.
When I awoke the next morning, I found the cherry blossoms floating in the wind. Not gonna lie, it looks very nice. I began my walk around town, this time going counterclockwise again to shake things up. I saw Eugene by my vacant campsite, and decided to talk to my poor little dumped koala. He had a time capsule he wanted me to bury, and I agreed. Not gonna lie; I was tempted to peek inside to maybe see if it was something of Astrid's he wanted to bury to get it out of his sight, but I resisted temptation and buried it next to his house. Apollo pinged me, asking if I wanted to buy some steel flooring off him for a discount, and I said why not? I saw Lolly by my bridge, and she wanted to trade her blue diamond shirt for my star tee. I agreed for the heck of it, but she didn't put the star tee on. I'm actually OK with that, as I think the pleather vest looks very cute on her.

I headed up to the northeast corner by my waterfall to water my flowers there, and saw that Mira was home. I decided to drop in on her, and she noticed my newly bought steel flooring from Apollo. She offered to trade me a flower chair for it, and I agreed. She was so happy, she started whistling and dancing right inside her house!

Back at the plaza, I saw Savannah, and she pinged me. She wanted to trade Mira's flower chair for her minimalist vanity! I wanted to see how long I could keep this chain of trades going, so I agreed. I kept my fingers crossed that someone would trade for this new minimalist vanity! I saw that Redd had his tent set up, so I headed inside to see if he had any art that I needed for my museum. Unfortunately, the one legit artwork today, the worthy painting, is already in my museum, so I saved my money. I visited Rosie a bit later, and like Lolly yesterday, she wanted me to get her a pear. I headed to where I picked Lolly's pear yesterday and got one of the pears left on the ground. You know the 5-second rule, where you can eat stuff you've dropped as long as you pick it up within 5 seconds? Well, in ACNL, it's more like 5 days... I took Rosie's pear back to her, and she was very pleased to get it, giving me a lotus tee as thanks.
After finally taking care of all my flowers and fossils, I headed up to Main street, where I made sure to pick up some medicine for Punchy, who was sick for the third straight day. My chain of trades came to an end a bit later, when Al pinged me back by the campsite. I hoped he wanted to move, but no: he just wanted to buy my minimalist vanity. I agreed, just to bring an end to my trade chain. It was then time to visit my other villagers. I made sure to check to see if Astrid was home, and she was. I hoped I could get some info on why she decided to break Eugene's heart, but all I could get out of her was random stuff about rumors, my outfit, and Redd's gallery. Mark my words, Astrid, I will get to the bottom of you and Eugene's breakup if I have to shake it out of you!
After visiting Astrid, I found Savannah again, and she was excited about reading new books this spring. I dropped by Punchy's to give him his third dose of medicine, and he should be better by tomorrow. Checking around town some more, I visited Eugene again, and he gave me his electric guitar out of the blue. He says he struggled trying to figure out who to give it to, and chose me as the lucky person. There may be something to this... Lastly, I found Apollo in his house, and he was reminiscing about when he was a young eagle playing hide-and-seek under the cherry blossoms. He said the petals sometimes fell all over everything and it was hard to find everyone, calling it scary. Whatever you say, Apollo.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find Walker anywhere today, so I called it a day soon afterward. Later on, I'll be chronicling what went on today, and hopefully, it won't take me until tomorrow to do it this time!
