And here I go again. On my own. Going down the only blog I've ever known...
After I exited my house today and checked my mail, Walker pinged me, wanting me to get him some fruit. I agreed, and headed to the first fruit tree I found and shook him down a lychee. I took it back to him, and he gobbled it down. As thanks, he gave me a microscope. Astrid was nearby, and she wanted me to deliver a gift to Punchy that was accidentally delivered to her. Pete, you are in danger of losing your job as mail pelican. Just saying. Regardless of our mailman's laziness, I agreed to take the gift to Punchy. On the way, I stopped at Lolly's house, and she was home. I saw that she'd gotten rid of her modern wood lamp...hopefully, I could mail it back to her later, and she'll put it in the spot by her sofa this time.
Sure enough, as I checked Re-Tail, I found Lolly's lamp up for sale. I put it back up for sale so she could hopefully buy it later. Mira was also there shopping, and I got her to buy back her astro chair. Re-selling villagers furniture FTW!

Turnip prices had increased a little to 93 Bells, so hopefully I can get a halfway decent price tomorrow. After selling what little I had at Re-Tail up to that point, I headed to find Punchy. He was in his house, and I handed over his errant package. And guess what? Yep, it was a gift for me! I appreciated his thought of getting me a yellow-bar shirt (it might have looked nice when I was putting together my yellow hat outfit a while back), but I ultimately decided to sell it. Continuing my patrol around town, I dropped in on Eugene, who wanted me to get signatures for his "Appreciating Hipsters" petition. Even though I was almost sure I wouldn't be visiting any towns today, I agreed to take it off his hands anyway... Upon snooping--uh, checking though Eugene's dresser, I also found a radiator he let me have.
I headed to the north beach to water my hybrid-breeding flowers, and found a lost bag there. My first impression was that it belonged to Eugene, since he often takes walks there, but it wasn't his. Thus my search for the owner of the bag continued... Fortunately, it didn't take me very long to find the bag's owner--Savannah. She said she had some bread in there that had gone stale...aww. Regardless, she rewarded me for returning her bag with a drinking fountain.

While checking some more dig spots, I managed to dig up a time capsule beside Rosie's house. My first inclination was that the capsule was the one I helped Rosie bury a while back, and sure enough, when I spoke to Rosie, I found out that it was. She thanked me for helping her dig it up by giving me what was inside: a skull shirt. I actually have one of these in my storage...I love how it looks.

After this, I headed up to Main Street to do my daily check of the shops, sadly finding nothing I didn't already have in my catalog. I bought my daily fertilizer, assessed my fossils, and headed back down. Mira was home by now, so I dropped in on her to see if she'd put the astro chair up in her house. Sure enough, she had, replacing the stripe chair in the process! Now her house looks much better.
Today must have been Time Capsule Day, because just after I dug up a time capsule for Rosie, Mira asked me to bury one for her! Still, I was glad to help out a friend, and buried Mira's capsule right beside her house.

Doesn't that astro chair look much nicer?
Down by the town tree, Apollo pinged me, letting me know he was thinking of moving out on the 3rd of next month. I quickly talked him out of leaving. I went down to the beach to bury my fertilizer next to my purple pansies, and found Gulliver passed out on the beach! I woke him up, and he told me he was headed to a country shaped like a boot, famous for pasta and the "Forgotten City". I wasn't sure on the last one, but the first two were definitely Italy, and that's where he was headed. I should get something good from him tomorrow.
To end my day, I headed to the island, where I caught quite a few more beetles and sharks. I have no clue how close I am to getting the gold Bell Saver badge, but I definitely have a long way to go.
Don't forget to vote on my POLICE STATION PLACEMENT!!! Check my previous blogs marked with that tag to see where my options are for putting the next big PWP in Animalia. Until then, see you all tomorrow!
