Animated Avatars not working

So recently I just bought the Animated Avatar thing from the shop and activated. I set an animated GIF image as my avatar and while it shows up, it isn't animated; just a still image. I then used an URL (keep in mind the file's size of both the URL's and desktop's images were very small) but when I saved, it said "[h=2]vBulletin Message[/h]Remote file is too large

". I just can't seem to get it to work and I feel like I've been ripped off.

What's the file size of the image? There is a relatively small limit that you can find on the upload page.

I tried reducing it a lot via ezgif and such but no luck avail

OK Nevermind. I managed to get it working now. I had to compress and make it much smaller so the size wasn't so large. I feel like an idiot now lol

Yeah, the limit is currently only about 250KB. Glad you got it working.-
