Trading Any Wetsuit for Cloche Hat

I have 4 wetsuits currently---

The orange and gray, pink, red and grey, and the VERY rare white and red striped wetsuit.

I'm really wanting the Cloche hat from Gracie Grace, it's the large bowl-shaped red hat with the blue ribbon.
This is my #1 desired item guys. Please help me. If you want something else for it, I can offer bells. I also have Lily the frog moving on the 11th of this month. I'm willing to pay quite a bit for it if necessary.
