anyone HAPPY with the bunny day event?

I'm excited to see all the DIY recipes for Bunny Day! There are actually some that I like, whereas I don't remember liking any of the Bunny Day furniture in the past other than the egg matryoshka.
Also, I really like the egg outfit sets. They really highlight how round and fingerless our villagers are. haha

agreed, I personally dont have an issue with the event itself its knowing eggs are in my future for the next 11 days...

My friends and seemingly the majority of the community hates bunny day this time around and Zipper T and idk why? It adds something seasonal, longer than just a day! And something cutesy, which I'm sure the theme won't always be, a new full set and new clothing all just with diy recipes, which there you have it yet just another addition to this - more crafting recipes and items! Just from collecting, and a new cute collectible. I remember people in New Leaf placing eggs on stumps and other cute things to decorate their town. Idk why people are finding something negative about every new thing to the game. I am looking at only positives.
i honestly really like it. compared to new leaf where you could only get a few pieces of furniture (like one set) for bunny day, i'm happy that in this game you get many, many diy recipes.
some people are angry at the fact that you receive recipes instead of items, but i'm delighted because that means that 1) you don't have to collect the recipes again if next year's bunny day items are the same and 2) you can make as many dupes as you want, if you want more of a specific item.
i'm also grateful that it goes for 12 days, because for those players like me who don't have the time to play too often, it gives us more time and makes sure we don't miss out.
overall, i'm satisfied with what nintendo has done for bunny day.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the diys and that it’s more spread out in days, I just wish that not all fish shadows were eggs LOL that’s the only thing where I’m annoyed. I feel like 80% of my catches are eggs which isn’t a big deal since I’ve been more focused on other aspects of the island but still lol
