the ocean. watching the waves rise and fall on the sand. it's such a simple animation and you pass by it all the time once you start playing regularly but... there's something almost soothing about watching it. it looks real. like just looking at the texture of it brings to mind the feeling of water passing against your hand, between your fingers.

there are a lot of things abt NH that bother me but one of the little quality of life improvements they made that I absolutely love is the fact that flowers sparkle after they've been watered. I do miss the flowers shimmering like they did in New Leaf but the sparkle makes it very easy to determine whether or not the flowers have been watered and it's very handy

A few small details that I love ;
- The villagers carrying coffees from the Roost once it opens.
- The changing clothes animation and sound being different when you put on a sanrio fashion item from your inventory.
- The way some villagers look at trees, flowers, crops, etc. with a magnifying glass.
- Villagers with the education hobby wearing glasses.
- The footprints the bird villagers/NPCs leave in the sand, so cute!
- Instruments making special sounds when you hit them with a shovel or an axe.
- I've seen people mention seasonal snacks and I 100% agree.
- Aaand I love it when jock villagers are behind during group stretches. It makes me laugh. c':

In general, the light gestion. I've never seen an Animal Crossing that beautiful and with such vibrant colors! Water like waves on the sand is very well done as well.
Seasons are wonderful. For the colors and the details. The grass moving by the wind especially in summer and autumn I think like the first videos we have seen of the games years ago is very well done!
Sounds in the water or in the snow is just stunning, especially the last one I said. I don't really like winter but I can't wait to hear it again!
