I'm maybe about 10-15 pounds overweight, but I started working out again recently

I'm really tall and skinny but my weight is 143 pounds. I guess I'm at a healthy weight level?

I'm slightly over what the 'healthy' weight for my height is. I'm tryna lose weight rn, and it's going pretty well, so hopefully I can be there soon lol

I don't really trust BMI, cause I have a lot of muscle mass, and your BMI says your overweight if you have a lot of muscle. So usually I just worry about my measurements and whatnot lol

I lost like 10 lbs. when I stopped exercising completely (probably because of losing muscle mass), so yeah, I totally agree it's pretty ridiculous to hold all people to the same standards. "Healthy" varies a lot from person to person. Not every "overweight" person is unhealthy.

I would say I?m at a healthy weight level now, though I?m border on underweight. I?ve been underweight before

i'm normal weight and have been for my whole life. i'm more of the weak skinny type though, so i want to try gaining more muscles

I've always been a bit on the chubby side, but never obese I would say. Just a bit overweight.

I think I'm pretty healthy. 180lbs/80kg might be a bit heavy for 5'11/180cm but I do have a more muscular build so I think it evens out. It feels good to have some flesh on my bones. I used to be very underweight until sometime in my twenties.

i'm pretty much smack bam perfectly in the middle of healthy weight, i was going to say i used to be underweight through high school, probably being just over 8 stone but i see that's actually considered still healthy albeit nearly underweight, i'm really surprised at that honestly, 8.5 stone for my height seems really skinny but oh well, guess it's fine (which makes me feel better about losing weight as i'm still not happy with how i look)

Really pointless without the options for underweight and emaciated...

I'm unfortunately obese. My poor respiratory health and constant foot/ankle problems really make it hard to exercise and I have an extreme addiction to food to the point where all I do is think about eating. It's causing a lot of stress on both my physical and me tal health as I have a dangerously low self esteem.

my medication makes me gain weight really easily. i'm not technically overweight but i'm kind of chubby and could loose a few pounds

I'm 5'3" and currently 138lbs, but my highest was 156lbs. I've been slowly losing weight from fixing my diet (going vegan has helped me a lot), and I'm pretty close to my goal weight now. My goal used to be 130, but now it's 115-125. I had problems with eating disorders growing up, which seriously messed up my growth and metabolism. Luckily I recovered and can enjoy food, which did lead to me getting up to 156, but time, a better diet and more exercise has led me back to getting to a healthy weight. Technically I am a healthy weight currently, but my personal goals are a bit smaller. Though, I did answer the poll that I was a healthy weight :)

im essentially underweight (chillin with an 18.4 bmi, tho this dips nd rises a bit oof) and ive never been more than 120 lbs,,, i weighed 120 when i was 12 and 13 and then i dipped as i got older so yeah,, wasnt always underweight but i dont miss my old weight

I’ve always pretty much been at a healthy weight level. Sometimes I may go under a little bit, but I usually always gain what I lost back. 200 lbs (approximately) for 1.9304 meters or 76 inches tall is pretty healthy I’d say. :)
