I am fat as heck.
But I'm not mad about it I love my chonks and my rolls and my jiggles.

underweight, in terms of bmi. in terms of actual health? i'm good, just my metabolism is crazy.

Do you have it where you can not gain any weight, even if you eat a ton? My metabolism is crazy, If I did exercised I swear I’d be 2 dimensional.

Yep. I can eat the unhealthy garbage, but I don't gain weight. On one hand, cool it's easy to maintain my weight. On the other, it makes it hard to get more toned.

On that same note, I don't doubt that I'm going to need to change my eating habits once my metabolism inevitably hits a brick wall.

yeah, i'm incapable of putting any real weight on. my weight does fluctuate between about 53 and 58kg, but it's been consistently that for years. i used to eat a TON of food every day and put on no weight (ate around 1.5x the amount of calories which would conserve my weight to try and bulk up), and now as i am too busy often to eat all 3 meals i sometimes have weeks where i must average under the recommendation for calories. my metabolism clearly wants me to be this weight!! i don't exercise as if i do i would lose the tiny amount of "pudge", e.g: flesh i have

I've always been a bigger lady. I mean, I'm not huge, but I'm around a 3X/24 and carry the weight in my middle. It's worth mentioning I was born with multiple disabilities and I'm too scared of hurting myself to really do any sort of strenuous activity. I've been maintaining my current weight for the last year or so, so I'm not gaining, but I'm definitely not losing.

i don't keep exact track of my weight because of issues but i think i'm a healthy weight now. i've been improving with my eating lately and have probably gained some weight in the last few months but i'm trying to think that that's good since i used to be under 50 kgs but honestly i hate when people comment on my weight or eating. being skinny isn't always good but it isn't always bad either, besides your weight or eating habits are very rarely other people's business.

It appears as if I have a BMI of around 19-20. According to the BMI calculator, I'm currently within the healthy weight range/level, although there could be a slight risk of being underweight if I happen to lose any more pounds.

i'm pretty much smack bam perfectly in the middle of healthy weight, i was going to say i used to be underweight through high school, probably being just over 8 stone but i see that's actually considered still healthy albeit nearly underweight, i'm really surprised at that honestly, 8.5 stone for my height seems really skinny but oh well, guess it's fine (which makes me feel better about losing weight as i'm still not happy with how i look)

this is ironic as i would go on a really intense diet a couple months after posting this and would lose about 2 stone which would definitely take me to being underweight, but then lockdown happened and i'm back to being a healthy weight (take care of ur bodies kids)

I'm overweight for two or three years now. I've alwaus feel fat even if I was normal, and even if I took 20 kilos, it don't really look I've got fatter in my opinion. All my life (I'm just a bit exagerating but you'll understand I think) I had stretch marks, but now, I have them everywhere and I feel ugly; even on my arms.
I don't know if it's because the death of my grandfather, thyroid problems, but when I came back from my long vacation/language travel, I started to gain weight. I don't know if you know the European (I think) clothing sizes, but from M, I'm now wearing XL or XXL. I eat a lot because I'm all the time hungry, I don't do sport because I just can't because I have no endurance... whatever it was my story about weight :( sorry if it was annoying to read!

I've been underweight my whole life from literally the day I was born lol. I have a really fast metabolism to the point where I struggled for many years to gain weight and had to see a dietician. Thankfully I was able to get some great advice from them and I went from weighing 80 lbs at 5'2" to 97 lbs!! This was such a huge accomplishment for me since I had never in my life weighed more than 85 lbs. I learned that the key to gaining weight for people who have crazy metabolisms like me is to increase your protein intake instead of food quantity or anything else. My goal is to weigh at least 100lbs and I'm almost there so I'm super excited. Its a lot of work for me to manage my protein intake everyday but its definitely worth it since I look and feel so much better and confident.

Back when I first voted I was in the overweight range teetering to the obese category. Since then I've been caring a lot about eating more healthy and exercising, and now I'm happily in the normal weight range. c:

Currently I'm underweight.

I was a little overweight throughout most of my teens, but lost a lot of weight when I left sixth form due to a combo of depression, anxiety, and eating healthier during lockdown, and now I'm underweight,,,so not really an improvement health wise but I'm a bit more confident about my appearance now?? Kinda messed up but whatever lol. I'm 5'6'' and roughly 118-120 lbs (haven't weighed myself for a while).

I've been trying to put on weight for the past few months but it's not really been working. 😓
