Are you losing interest in New Leaf?

No. I play less than I used to, but that's because I have other committments now as well :/

Only a little bit, but that is mostly because of Pokemon....I need to do some more fishing so I can move that one stupid bridge and then I'll probably be sucked back in because I'm landscaping my town.

Kind of? But not as much as I expected. The only reason I even got NL was as a hold over til pokemon XY came out, but I've grown to care for these silly pixelated animals of mine (and the lengths I've had to go through to get some of them to specifically move in and in a nice place too), so I've been playing nonstop til i can afford X. But i suspect, even after i get pokemon and become obsessed with that, I'll still go back to my town at least once a day to maintain and interact with my townsppl.

One thing that has killed it for me though was that most of my friends (who were the ones who got me interested in this game to start with), moved on to pokemon and rarely play NL anymore. So i'm left playing single player which is quite lonely/boring (it's kind of why i've turned to TT'ing to give me some thrills).

not as much as i thought! this is my first animal crossing game, so i played super casually in the beginning. soon, i got really interested in collecting items until my town became a mess. after i gave that up, i started to really talk to my villagers. i didn't cycle around a lot of them as i think i was pretty lucky with who moved in, so my neighbors all have a special place in my heart.

i enjoy pokemon now, but i still make time for my town. obviously, not as much as before, but i was still doing a lot of building and landscaping. now, i'm slowly replacing my bridges and fixing things here and there, taking things as slowly and comfortably as possible.

Eh, kind of. I definitely don't play it as much as I did the first month I had it. I still have enough interest in it to play it every day though, mostly because I haven't unlocked every shop or every PWP I want or every badge, and I still want to replace a few villagers. My town isn't perfect yet so trying to obtain the perfection that I want is what keeps me playing.

I definitely have begun to slow down in the last few weeks, but that's because my work schedule has recently picked up a fair bit so I have less time to play than I did when I started my town.

In short, yeah I'm playing less than I was, say, a month ago but it's not because it's boring to me.

Nope. I'm still as into it as I was when I bought it. If anything, I'm more into it now because I have all of my dream villagers and am trying to get all of their pictures and such. I'm still collecting all of the badges :3 I'm still loving it, in other words ^_^

I stopped playing for almost 2 months, but that was due to school purposes. I'm the only one of my friends who doesn't have pokemon x and y. Even if I do get it, AC is still the best game to me. How can people lose interest in a game when a new game comes out? That's like saying people lost interest in the DS when the wii came out. Now look at the wii standards now :\

After playing Pokemon Y, I feel rejuvenated. I didn't play New Leaf in three days when Pokemon XY came out. When I finally decided to play New Leaf again, I was expecting to feel that the game was getting boring, but instead I felt like the game was new to me.

yeah but i still enjoy playing for about 30 minutes everyday
pokemon is more important to me apparently
