Still am. Pokemon and Animal Crossing are the only video games I play. I feel like a lot of the national dex noise is made by people being told they can't have something- just seems like another one of those instances of gamers whining because they can't have it all nownownownowwwww and being entitled.
Oh! Absolutely! I've already pre-ordered. The lack of the National Dex really isn't a big deal to me. I have lots of favorite Pokemon and I wouldn't be all that disappointed if a couple of them were not in the Galar dex. I'm more excited for the story and gameplay than what comes after the game. I'm excited to explore a whole new region, at the same time as everyone else, because I was really late to the party when I got Pokemon for the first time!
Although the lack of a full Nat Dex really bums me out, I still wanna try it anyway. It's a region I've never explored before, and I can't ignore that call to adventure. It's one thing to watch someone else, and another to do it yourself. If Ash can win a League, then certainly I can handle Galar. XD I wanna see all of the new Mons!
Still... it's a shame Game Freak ditched the Dex. They lost a lot of people from that decision...
Nah, and to be quite honest I'm glad such negative exposure is finally being realized. I've seen game freak as lazy since doing virtually the same thing I did in yellow with diamond. Only with a pair of car keys for a partner as the only difference really. I quite frankly feel that they know they will still get sales which is a really sad reality especially to such a huge franchise with so many fans. If they decide to fix it then great, though seeing the ratio still in such favor really gives them no reason to. Which is why they do it, and why I hate it with such a passion.
Yup, I'll still get the game like most consumers will even though they talk smack about every aspect of it. I really hope the product's something memorable or else I'll be severely disappointed.
