• Guest, can you feel the love in the air? Valentine's Week at The Bell Tree has begun with a new mini-event featuring four activities to enjoy -- new and returning collectibles are up for grabs! Dive in to the love here.

Are you still playing regularly?

I've got back into world of warcraft which has stopped my playtime a bit.
But I still play 3 to 4 times a week.

I try to play daily. Usually spend about an hour on both of my islands . Usually doing daily tasks and trying to get villager photos. I take a break at the beginning of the year and after that felt more motivated to play. There are definitely days I miss just because I don’t always have time to play.

Maybe not as much as I used to. It sounds like you played NH to its full potential and that's good! It is a two year game and I think for how much you played, it did its job.

There's always HHP if crave the design itch. I think it's bound to happen at some point where there's not much else to do. We all have different play styles.

I’m very much on and off with ACNH the past months since restarting my island last May, but recently I got back into the swing of things because of the fair. I kind of have a vision for what I’m going to do on my island, and I’m excited to work through it slowly. ❤️

(I also said no/minimal terraforming this time around, but the decorating event had me chipping away at the cliffs and river 😭 I’ll put them back together in the future I promise.)

it really depends on how much time I have and the mood I'm in! since I work full time it's been hard to really sit down and enjoy the game, but every couple of weeks I will spend a couple hours making sure my island is in good shape. If I have time I will try and decorate at least one HHP house, get some bells, and start landscaping an underdeveloped part of my island. I don't really trade with people on here any more since I don't really have a lot of free time in the first place, but maybe I will start doing so again if I ever need to find pieces to put the finishing touches on my island (which probably wont be for a while lol)

Of course! I've been playing every single day since I started playing in December 2020 and I've never skipped a day to my knowledge at least
I may have completed my catalog, museum, gotten all the DIY recipes but I'm still collecting all the villager photos, fish and bug models, collecting all the nook mile's achievements and actually my island nor my house isn't even done and there's always HHP for me to play too
I have 2,270 hours on NH and I have still continued to find ways to have fun playing(maybe I'm biased because It's my favorite game lol)

I would prefer to, though I'm much more involved with other hobbies these days the require more time.

I am at the moment because I have a little nightly routine and it's soothing for me. I went a long while without playing but now I'm back into it.

I try to play it every Weekend Because I work Monday through Friday even though I would love to play it more if I could

I hadn't played for months, but I've been roped back in by the current Fair events here on the forums. I don't know how regularly I'll play after the events conclude in September, but I've been at it basically daily this past week.

I still play once every 2-3 weeks, though sometimes it's easy to just forget about it. Feels quite sad actually, it used to be everything to me in 2020

I stopped 8 months ago, and picked it back up last week. I am redoing my house as I wasn't quite happy with it, and finally finishing the last side of the island that wasn't decorated. I had a flower field, but it made the game chug and I wasn't in love with how it looked. So I've created a new character and I will be turning their house and yard into a beachfront cafe, and behind their home will be a community playground and barbecue area. Also, I've started making dress designs.

I had like a yearly break from acnh (or any other video game tbh) to focus on my studies, but in the spirit of the fair I actually started playing again. I basically get on every morning for 30 minutes or so to check on the island, I have been enjoying that a lot!!
I'm looking forward to finally checking out all the stuff in all the other seasons that I missed from the 2.0 update since I wasn't really playing at the time when it came out

I am now I restarted! I'm excited to not get so caught up in the terraforming and leave it mostly natural, I would get burnout from trying to do extravagant builds and then get annoyed with the lag lol.

I do. I think I've missed 2 days since launch.

Most days, I only do chores, but I'm focusing on completing the catalog and Nook Miles. I'll spend more time when I want to change up my house or decorations around the island. I might not play for as long as I did in the early days, but I still enjoy checking in each day.

I STILL play a couple to a few hours a day at most over two years later! I started a new island on a Switch lite with the knowledge my first island, StickOnIce, granted me.

New Gatlan is a crime-ridden slum with coked-out mafiamen by the way.

My island is ULTRA-laggy. If you run, 99% of the island disappears!XD

I mainly only play on my days off of work now, which is twice a week, thou sometimes I play on one day, or not at all. I'm still decorating my islands (I have 3 yes I'm crazy) so right now I'm focusing on my newest one, DoleWhip.

I think about it more than I actually play it, I want to play but I usually don't know what to do so I watch dream tours instead.

I haven't played in a few weeks because I need a break but I plan on coming back to the game. I'm nowhere near done, and my second island still needs developing. I've been playing other games and decided to pick up some older Elder Scrolls games, since I never got a chance to play them when they were released.

After the diving update came out is when I stopped playing regularly, I have since been trying to play again. Just giving myself personal goals ( like finishing the museum - but you've already done that so it's probably not much help haha ). If decorating is your thing maybe you would find interest in the paid DLC if you don't have it already!
