So, Astro0 made this beautiful reference, and I'm sad because I haven't gotten to do too much with it. I really like this character, and I really like mermaids, so why not combine the two?

Please show me an example of your art before you draw, just so we can decide on payment. I may say no, depending on your art skills and stuff, but please don't be offended! In most cases, your art isn't bad, it's just not the style I'm looking for in this case. Here is the reference
