lol, i don't actually like coffee, so the most i ever get is tea or a frappuccino, but i try to keep those to a minimum otherwise i'd probably die.
my worst customer experience hasn't even been at starbucks actually, the majority of my horrible ones were at one of my old jobs. i used to work at a wawa before these two (if you're on the east coast you may've heard of it, it's a convenience store/deli) and last summer there was this really bad storm, practically a tornado. pretty much every other wawa in the area had lost power, so ours was the only one still open, which means we got a massive crowd of people coming in trying to get food. the deli was overrun with orders so bad that the screen actually started deleting the older ones, because me and my coworker just couldn't keep up. there was a point where both of us had over 50 orders on our screens at a time. god, it was so horrible, i had people throw stuff at me, steal sandwiches, all this crazy ****. but what made it 1000x worse was when we finally got more people to come in and help us, it had already been seven hours and the worst of it was over, so all of the new people coming in had the nerve to be like "oh this isn't so bad". i quit a few months later, lmao.

hmm. i don't think i've had anything too weird, but when i was still in training someone seriously asked if we had "iced coffee without coffee in it". i'm assuming they wanted something like a frappuccino that doesn't always have coffee in it, but they were really persistent about it being iced coffee.

sure, that's definitely a fair price 
this sounds really boring/lame lol but i'd probably pick someone in the career i'd like to get into that's really successful at their job, just to see what a day in their life/job was like. i'd also consider someone famous just to get a feel for that lifestyle, but i doubt that would really appeal to me other than the fact that i'd be able to buy anything i wanted :')
