assistance needed with animated avatar

hello! as a new member i am unsure how to make my avatar animated
i have just purchased the addon and have selected this gif to use -> https://im3.ezgif.com/tmp/ezgif-3-84a702ae21.gif
however my avatar is no longer animated and is not longer transparent! any assistance will be greatly appreciated thank you ^-^

It's over the 100 x 100 px limit, therefore it won't show up. You need to resize the image or get something smaller.

Yep, the file goes over the 100x100 pixel limit. Unlike with regular avatars, if an animated avatar is over 100x100, even if you have the animated avatar add-on enabled it won't be animated.

You can use this site right here to resize the gif to 100x100 pixels so it'll work as your avatar.

Idk what u guys are talking about, my avatar was 150x100 and animated. I just tried the one OP is trying to use and it works.
@glass have you tried saving the file to your computer and uploading it that way?

I'm pretty sure you can only use a 150x100 avatar if you have the avatar width extension add-on.
