I have 4 chars..the other 3 have not yet talked to tutu or bluebear. so should I load one, talk to the villagers I do like and then proceed TT-ing to get a villager to move?

Yep. Exactly like that. Although I only have one character so it's always a new save file. It shouldn't make a difference though. Why do you have so many characters?

I use 3 characters for patterns.
Zora, I've heard that if you talk to a villager once, then ignore them the rest of the time they will move.

Also I've been inspired by the infamous aika town
its a light hearted remake that is inpsired from it. the only thing I can say about the story line is sailors ^-^/

Apple, Keaton, Rolf, Rocket, Tiffany, Al, Lucy, Quillson, and Wolfgang.
Wolfgang is pretty cool but the rest I can do without XD
