The crowd is cheering, you can barely hear anything beyond your breathing and the sound of engines blaring. As you pass the first lap, turn the corner, cross the goal flag. You hear an explosion, the scattering of coins. Out of the corner of your eye, Lakitu is flying in. Your heart drops.
What… happened. Who died? Wasn’t the whole point of not hurting anyone that no one else would die? Why did this happen??
You take time to look at the Monitor. It’s a slow motion replay. A red shell whizzing towards the racer in 8th place. You couldn’t quite see who threw it.
They exploded, fell off the track. They’re gone.
Night 1 has ended. Kilza has been killed.

Also the reason I'm undecided is because the majority was relatively indifferent. So if anyone has a preference (such as not being able to be there for end of day, or not being able to submit night actions because of a 12 hour night/timezones, please let me know, otherwise... I'll change it? Or if you STRONGLY disagree with increasing the length of the game. PM's still. Let's keep it civil.

Ok, tbh, I'm not sure if I'm making myself not a target by establishing myself as an innocent and informed townsfolk, or if I'm making myself more of a target by making it known that I am relatively informed at this point
