Another day, another visit from Gulliver!

Indeed I do buddy, and of course I will!

Bluebear was hanging with my b-b-buddy Roald! She almost blends in with his house!

I also wanted to highlight that a while back I gave Lucky this greeting, since sometimes the lazy villagers laugh like "uhuhuhuh," it made me think that they'd be the best candidate for a guh-huh greeting! This just made the most sense.

Today is a big day! I won't spoil the surprise for anyone, so I'll use spoiler tags, but today is both Halloween and...my birthday!

I'm not gonna lie, my eyes were quite watery when I saw that Fang, my best and favorite bud, was there to bring me to my birthday celebration! Anyways, here's all the excitement that ensued afterwards!

The event was... Okay. It could have been a bit more fun, but I had fun with what it was.

To start, I was a wizard!

Ursala greeted me to tell me about the shenanigans and then it went from there.

As it turns out, if your birthday is on a holiday, KK comes the next day. So I got a slightly belated birthday song, but hey now I have them all!

My wife is apparently good at dressing up dogs. She will be pleased.

Fang also gave me a compliment on my look! I love that guy.

To give a more in depth comment on the Halloween event, I thought it was fun and cute but at the same time I felt like I stocked up on way too much candy (I had 36 pieces on the day, and got more during) and I thought that the rewards for the lollipops were too few. I did however really like the trick-or-treat aspect of going to villagers' houses, and I was excited that Fang was home to visit!

I'm happy to see that there are quite a few new sea critters, so I spent a lot of my time in-game yesterday in the water. I'm only missing the snow crab and king crab now.

Fang, Fang, Fang...sometimes you just gotta accept that you can't keep up with the ladies' workouts. A for effort though, cha-chomp!

Lastly, I was today years old when I put 2 and 2 together and finally realized that you can hit all the rocks, or in fact ANY rock, 8 times. And I've played since launch. Very embarrassed.

Only thought of trying after playing New Leaf. There are things that are explained in New Leaf much sooner and more easily than in NH. This and the bird on the bulletin board

It was quite a week this week in real life...

In other news, I'm SO EXCITED for the new update, mostly that I can finally SIT ON THE GROUND or DO YOGA!!! Oh and Toy Day of course.

Gulliver visited yesterday! Pretended to not see him at first...

But happy that he called me is bestest matey!

Label is our visitor today, and she is just adorbs.

Playing New Leaf has given me a greater appreciation for some of the seemingly less useful characters in New Horizons like Label or Isabelle.

I'm still here! It's been a crazy few days at home but I still make time to relax and play with my favorite animals.

The lazy villagers really make me laugh so much. Cole is awesome.

Couldn't help taking a new pic in my favorite spot! And now that I can sit...well, I sat.

Saw Diana in a dream of a friend's island. I always like visiting her house, it's so nice.

Eloise's birthday was yesterday! We had a good time.

Finally caught a tuna! Only the stringfish left!
