the reason I said 250 is because it's a pretty large pixel. Small pixels are worth more, as they're harder to do. I would honestly buy it up to 600, though, i feel like 100-300 is the average range you shoulld do

well i recall seeing someone complain about my pixel prices as well so.
anyway i think your pixels are probably 350tbt, i think you need to start shading with different shades so its not so dark and flat.

Elaborate, being flat would mean little to no shading, unless you're implying I have to be "realistic" with these.
Also because your pixels are tiny, that's why I mentioned them being high for what they are.

well i meant dull really. Like example for chibi hoshi's mayor, the grey used to shade the white makes it look all mucked up, like use a tone of blue or something to shade white so it doesn't look so flat

But it's only really the socks that show that "blandness" I don't get why a shade of blue would make it better? unless it was some other sort of whacky style I was doing that involved more colorful outcome, fair do's.
Besides, that was my first mayor attempt so something was bound to look **** lmao
Smaller means fitting some details to a smaller scale, yes, but it's not that much harder unless the character on hand is really really complex.

it makes it stand out more and not mush together and look gross in the end, not trying to offend, don't know how else to put it so you get my point.
welll, if you zoom in to large pixels and into small pixels you'll see alot more going in the small ones compared to the big ones. I don't know why you are trying to convince me smaller is easier, because your pixels aren't the biggest either.

also to get customers i suggest being having a more positive attitude towards your art. saying its **** and whatnot and trying to bring yourself down isn't going to get you customers but i guess your looking for attention so.

SHOW ME what I'm doing wrong, calling it gross and the "white" areas are really bland, you're not showing me or being really descriptive on the matter at hand, either tell me properly or just get out of my thread, I never personally asked for you to come here.
Well if people don't like my attitude, they can deal with it and they should be aware of it nonetheless, I've never been "Daaaw my work is so kawaii I'm so good 8'D!!" being too positive on your work is a terrible idea and people should know that, I don't gloat on my work so be thankful.
If I was after pure attention, I would've totally made that the thread title, I hate most of the stuff I do because that's me, if people like them, fair do's, making them happy, this thread was solely on the idea of getting a rough estimate on what I could price these things at, not "omg call my work great or I'll slay your family" as I said, I DON'T gloat about what I do, it's really not worth it.
