My interior is gonna be a mall theme type. My first problem is my first room. What should it be? I was thinking just kinda like a sitting area with fountains and stuff? Back room is a cafe/desert shop. Right room is a 7-11 shop.(I know not really mall like but I will make it look like one!) The left room is a bar/restaraunt. My basement will be a movie Theatre. I wanna do a arcade but dont know what room I should do it. Maybe the main room? My upstairs is kinda a hotel room you can rent out!. Any ideas??? Best Idea will get the choice of Maples picture Dianas picture 7-11 shirt 7-11 model bacon bed! Please help:)

i think youve already answered your question haha. main room as sitting area with fountains is a great idea... that's what i'd do if i were building a mall. but as for the hotel room? i'd scrap that idea and put the arcade there.

The sitting room could be like the rococo theme. It reminds me of a hotel in my opinion, and it seems like a sitting area you might find at a mall.
So maybe you could arrange two rococo couches facing each other with the rest of the theme in the background, and then a fountain of some sort in the middle? :)
It's just an idea; anything else could be arranged to your liking.^^

Perhaps in your first room, you could incorporate both your ideas of a seating area and arcade together. For example, on the left half, you could place you little area to sit and take a rest after a long and tiring shopping trip, and on the right half, you could have pinball machines, and arcade games against the wall, accessible for the shopper's always energetic children to play with while they take a rest.

Oh I like that idea idk if it wil look bad or not tho

The main room shouldn't just 'entirely' be a lobby area. It also should be incorporated with some food stands (like the popcorn one) and some tables and chairs and also couches. In the malls here in America (maybe it's different in other countries?) but in the entrances of the mall is where the lobby room and food court is at. You have some pretzel stands, popcorn stands, starbucks, bakeries, ect. Also use some mannequins to be the shoppers.

Okay, so in front of the rooms have signs of the name of the stores. For example, in front of one room have a sign that says 'Forever21'. And the same things for other ones. The arcade idea is great! Make sure to put some pizza in there too (since every arcade pretty much has pizza).

As for the hotel room area, I wouldn't go with that. But if you want something relaxing put a massage or nail salon. They have those in every mall. And if you go with the massage, it'd be fun designing it like 'Zen' theme.

Hope I helped! =]

You could use the exotic and zen set =]

Just make it look Asian themed and have some long tables lined in a row. =]

The Minimalist Table looks like a PERFECT massage table. Here's a picture-

Yeah so have those lined in a row with a pillow on them, and an Asian Zen theme and some nice KK music in the background ^^.

I feel like doing this idea too now...lol.

I re-read your original post and I think the backroom (where the bakery was. Should be the arcade). I don't really think it's a good idea to have the lobby be an arcade as well. It'd be better (make more sense) if the lobby also had the bakery incorporated with it. Since in actual malls that's where the food court is at and the arcade is mainly in the back. So the entrance= lobby/bakery, right room=7/11, back room= arcade, left room=restaurant, downstairs=theater, upstairs=massage.

That's how I'd do it ^^. I think the bakery/lobby would be cute because you can have fountains, couches, bistro table, some plants, and then the bakery themed furniture. It'd be a cute entry to the mall while the arcade entry seems like it'd just be a bit messy x).

You could set it up as a food court and check out area with a cash register by the door. I would put the clothes upstairs and call it "The Attic". A sushi restaurant, camping/outdoor store, and toy store on the main floor and electronics in the basement.
