Black Friday?

I never shop on Black Friday, lol. I am pretty good at finding good deals without the use of this day.

I'll probably look around a little online but I am not really interested in hitting anything in particular. I usually do end up finding pj pants though lol. I do want to look through some video games online just to see.
I am just happy that online is a thing now because when I was a kid, it was just masses of people trampling each other and busting through things. It was on the news often with store camera footage. Plus I don't like crowds.
I wouldn't mind going to a store now if it was during the day if I happen to be going for groceries anyway because there really isn't that many people then in my area. I absolutely not interested in night shopping for Black Friday.

Ironically, I just bought 3 sets of pajamas in a pre-Black Friday deal. After I said I wasn't planning to do any shopping, I pulled out my winter pajamas this weekend and noticed they've got a lot of wear and some even have a few holes starting. So I would have bought some replacements anyway, but I was happy to take advantage of the deals I found.

New PJs are the best feeling. I am pretty due for some now honestly.

Black Friday only came to the uk in the last few years. I was horrified but also kinda amused to see everyone in the supermarket fighting for a tv. I never intentionally did any Black Friday shopping, but a couple of times online like Amazon etc will tell me I got a Black Friday discount. Cool, whatever. Shame the uk decided to take Black Friday instead of perhaps making our Harvest Festival more like the American Thanksgiving, but without the celebrating genocide/imperialism part - just the being thankful part. I did Thanksgiving last year to try to bring some positivity during lockdown.
