I fill my 16 oz water bottle and drink out. I try to just use that when I could.

Tap water. There is nothing wrong with it in most places in the US. The bottled water thing is terrible for the environment and it's a waste of money. There are some exceptions, places where the drinking water isn't safe, and that's a different matter. For example when I go to Buenos Aires (some of my family lives there) restaurants won't serve you tap water even if you ask for it, because there are things in the water that aren't safe.

Bottled water at room temperature. Tap water tastes absolutely disgusting and my roommate drinks it all the time. It's so gross.

Tap water. Bottled water is a waste, not just when it comes to environmental resources, but because you're paying for something you can have included in your water bill? wtf? I'll buy it if I absolutely have to and there's no choice but I usually avoid it.

If I couldn't drink tap water, some kind of refillable method would be ideal tbh.

The tap water here is the same if not better than bottled water because I live near mountains which means there is a lot of natural filtration and stuff. I normally just use a big hydro flask and fill it with enough ice to last me all day

I only really drink tap water, I find it a waste of money to buy bottles of water when it's pretty much the same thing.

I use the gallon big refillable bottle whatever that is that gets delivered to my house. Tap water isn't safe here at all.

Tap water with a filter. I never had a problem with tap until I moved; the water is very hard here for some reason.

just filtered water cos we ain't about that single use plastic nonsense in this house

Tap water. But I've always lived in places in the US and Japan that had great to decent tap water. I also don't like single use plastic in general. Whenever I go out hiking or somewhere else that it's allowed to bring your own drink, I always bring my own reusable bottle.

I actually don't like some bottled water brands period. Some of them seem to get a plasticy taste to them because of the bottle. Yuck.

tap water whenever i can!! but mainly because of money hehe. when heading out, i just put some in a flask

I use tap water only coz in my apartment the kitchen counter where the tap is is made out of marble, so I can’t put a third party water filter through. Only if I get one of the water filters that stands on the tabletop.

tap but filtered and boiled if ya got stonks water q like me. i bring my indestructible nalgene bottles to work and when i travel 😤

I always drink tap water at home! buying a normal water bottle and refilling it is just better in so many ways than continually buying plastic bottles. if we're on holiday somewhere we don't have access to decent tap water we usually buy the huge bottles of water, both to cut down on plastic and also because we just need to drink that much

I only drink molten plastic and battery acid.

Ok but tbh just filtering tap water is the most sustainable and not bad at all

If I'm going out and taking a drink with me then I use my reusable bottle and fill it up with tap water rather then using plastic bottles. Usually at home I'd get water from the fridge dispenser but seen as its not working at the moment I just stick to using the tap, the water is safe here and I think its quite refreshing so its good enough for me.

Tap water! I always fill up reusable bottles for my water, using single-use just makes me feel gross for environmental reasons plus sometimes they taste like plastic when they've been sitting in the sun. Even if a place doesn't have good tap water (like if it were well water), using a filter should be enough to make it taste alright.
