Maybe the adopter had his 10th villager just moved out.. Without the house being gone yet? You can't adopt a villager if you have 10 villager houses in your town, even if one of them just recently moved out x3

And it's not like he is on tier 1 of being one of the most popular villagers in the game.

Plus, I really want him out fast so I can TT through my cycle town.
And not worry about him being voided and then "street passed" over to my main town. XP

Well, could be your inter net or their inter net...
Or your DS is have connection issues itself and nothing to do with inter net... I had that problem and had to mess with setting manual IP address on my DS before it would let me Wifi with people after the update around christmas.
Since part of my Wifi would work and part of it wouldn't XP

I don't mind waiting for awhile... It's only 10am here and I haven't even done my normal daily things for my main town.
Which normally takes a few hours in of itself.
So, I wouldn't even be cycling through my cycle town today for at least another two hours.

Nope... They had 7 villagers. XP
And never had that villager (Zell) in their town... or even their before town.
... it was just a weird thing that happened that one time?

Aah thanks ! I'll try to make it quick ! My problem is that error code 018-0512 UUUGH...Apparently this error code typically indicates an issue communicating and matchmaking with other players, so maybe it's only a problem between her and me yes.

If you quit without saving and TT to the next day Isabelle will only remind you about needing to save, even if somebody is in boxes :l

But I save before I quit every time. =<
Especially because I turned off beautiful town and I use the cycle town to wilt black to gold and breed other flowers.
So, I've been watering, save-quit, next day, watering, save-quit, next day, etc.
And I have had no events in town for me to distract myself with just pressing 'b' because she is talking too much. XP

I would have been on earlier but my brother called and talked to him for like... ever. XP
But my FC is on sidebar and town info is in my signature.
Any character (faye, lilly, or star) maybe active when you come over.
I have paths down, so you may run on them. There is no path between the bridge and broccolo's house, but you may run there as well ((since nothing is there))
I'll end session after he successfully agrees. ^-^
((saves time and I just got dream suite today so I wanna do a lot of updating in town before my first dream! ^0^))
