My cycle blog has all information about reserves... since that is where I only accept reservations.
It has current resident's page that lists all villagers with details on the villager and any special need to know information about them... also, that page lists current reservation status as to who or how many have reserved a villager.
How To Reserve explains the reserve process as well as what I look for in reservations...
And Reservation of course is how to make a reservation.

Like stated on front post ((I think I did anyways...)) TBT thread here is really a "back up" for the blog and it is easier to organize villager auctions on.
Most things done with the Cycle villagers is operated through the tumblr blog and then through here.
