Hi, reserving is buyout (250) + reserve fee (50) so if 300 is fine with you can go ahead and send bells and I'll mark her as reserved! If not, I can add as lurker instead :)

Yeah! Sorry for the wait; someone asked me to hold Deirdre until Monday but nintendo ended up having maintenance the whole day so we couldn't trade ;-;

Oh I am so so sorry, he was accidentally voided ;-; I was trying to move the dates up cause some villagers get stuck if I stay on the same dates for a long time. Usually when I do it it doesn't have anyone move out but I must've done something different without realizing this time, sorry!!
