Are you more of a caller or texter?

Me personally, I like texting more. I only call when it’s an emergency or something I need to know right this instant from family and close friends or if it’s adult life related things.

for having conversations with family and friends, calling definitely. anything else that is short or of non-serious, texting is fine.

I have to be dragged kicking and screaming to make a phone call. You'd have to be very precious to me for me to do it without it being planned beforehand. I'm more articulate and less anxious when texting.

I absolutely prefer texting whenever possible. Having to make a phone call is very uncomfortable for me.

I prefer texting when possible, even with close family members. If it's something that will be easier to say versus type, then I will call, but texting is my default.

Texting is easier, but it's more difficult to convey tone in a text. I feel that calling and in-person communications lead to a lot less misunderstandings. Texting is more for casual conversation. I think calling is only necessary when there's more to say or for something of importance. I don't mind either one.

Texting!!! I hate calling. I worry about it all the time if I know I have to call someone.

I actually dislike typing everything, it's just easier to call someone and be specific about things. I also prefer to voice call in chats instead of messaging

i prefer and am more comfortable with texting. i have really bad social anxiety and phone anxiety, so i only make phone calls and answer phone calls when i absolutely have to. i’ve gotten a bit better at it over the past year, but texting is still my preference.

Texting. It's just easier and faster. Also phone tag is annoying and often frustrates people.

But I'm a reader and process things best in text form rather than auditory. I think that's a huge factor. Also why I don't like full voice acting in video games cuz I can read faster than they talk.

I prefer some sort of chat app; I guess that falls under texting. But I mean, it's fine to type on the phone, but it's a lot faster to type for me on the computer if I'm on one!

For short stuff I prefer texting unless it’s urgent because I do not enjoy phone calls. I am okay with like long voice calls though, as long as I know in advance that it’s happening.

Texting 10000% I HATE when people call me literally please just text I’m begging

I need to read because my ears have trouble hearing... texting >>>>> calling!

But if it's something long and complicated that I need to explain, a call is easier. But I need to read it or else it will just be me saying "... what did you say?" after every sentence 💔

usually texting, find it easier and less hassle somehow, but if it was a longer catch up with family then I’d probably call

Texting for sure. Even though there can be more misunderstandings because of it but I hate phone calls with a passion. Even just my phone ringing freaks me out. I like preparing for human contact and calls are too impromptu-socialise.

I used to prefer calling, but now I mostly just text. It's a bit easier since I can respond whenever I want and not have to worry about how my voice sounds. Things like is it carrying too much emotion or not enough?
