I know the update havent arrived yet but im just so curious and wanting the poki items to be cataloged and can be buyed from nook shopping. In the older games, can kapp'n furniture ordered back? Also what do they mean with "rare" will they also show up on our nooks cranny but very rarely? Or just at happy home paradise?

I'm not sure if it's what you're asking, but in New Leaf, items obtained with medals on the island, or with Meow coupons at the campgrounds, were not reorderable from the catalog.

No, the Kapp'n/island furniture was not reorderable in NL. If you wanted more copies you would have to buy more with more island medals (the currency you earn for playing mini-games on the island in NL).
I have a strong feeling that the poki items will actually be tradeable with people online, but in-game you might be only able to buy them with poki. It'd be great if they were reorderable, but if I were a betting person, I would bet they are not reorderable.
