I love Julian! Participation Julian looks great already, lol.

Every year I like to do something different, and I think this year I might focus on a physical disability aspect. Maybe. Have to figure out how to make it into a craft. 😁

Another event so soon? You guys are too good to us. My mind is drawing a blank though about which 3d gay craft to make tho. Time to do some brain storming

the julian plush is so adorable!!! love how the unicorn horn ties around the head 🥺❤️ excellent touch!

now to think of what crafts I can do...

OH MY GOSH STAFF, don’t you need to rest?!

Well, looks like I need to break out the clay next week cause I have no clue how to do a 3D Papercraft which would be my 2nd choice of 3d artwork.
And give it time to dry. Oh lawdy dry time.

As always thank you for this event. It's always one of my favorites!!

Hey everyone, we just updated the "How to Submit" instructions with this step:
✅ You have attached an image of your entry and checked "entry" on the attachment's thumbnail. (See this post from a previous event if you're unsure how.)
In other words, it will work just like our recent photography contest where you specify that the uploaded image is for the event. This will help us more easily pick the staff favorites after submissions are closed. Thank you!

Why is my head empty when I need them the most? I will have my Julian collectible~
It least there is quite a bit of time to think of something.

Have you already worked on it or is it block clay that dried out? I think soaking it in a bucket for a few hours might help?
It was a decently sized unopened chunk of clay. when I put it in the bucket it just clumped and turned to mush around half an hour in :(
so for now I'll do plan B, which is paper/cardboard/etc

Oh no sorry! I just know that's what this one ceramic place would do when their clay got really dried out. It's possible to salvage your clay if you possibly let it air dry out for a bit (but not so much that it dries out all the way again), but that might take to long for this event.

thats okay, thanks for trying to help :/

I completely missed the previous event due to my 3-week vacation (it was amazing!), but I see I'm just in time for the next one. I already love the Julian Villager collectible!

Does it all have to be connected or can it be like models that I made standing yet not connected?

or written directly on the artwork if your submission is digital.
i’m not sure if this was a mistake, but what kind of digital submissions are allowed?

and does making food items count? I’d like to make something that appears in ACNH that has cultural significance to me but unsure if that counts as a craft.
