This has been such a fun event! I started doing digital art again bc of this, and had so much fun trying different colouring styles out and seeing how people have responded the he linearts! Thank you so much Laudine

Phew! I forgot this was due in today until late last night. I managed to get the whole thing colored today. I've truly enjoyed these line arts by Laudine. @Laudine , have you ever made a coloring book? If not, if you ever do please, please let me know. I could happily color your line art every day. Thank you for sharing your talent with us!

Laudine I can't imagine how long it must take you to do all your art, line+colouring.

I uh, honestly have zero patience for linearts for my own drawings, so I usually don't do them at all haha Coloring events are the only time I make proper linearts, so it's always been breath of fresh air!

I spent three days on this and then remembered I'm not eligible for tickets.

anyone remember those awesome engraved gold foil art boards we all used to buy and fervently fill out as tweens?

i was obsessed! anyways, that's the inspo for this one! looked at it and just felt the nostalgia so strong. hopefully it comes across well and you can see all the textures of the board backing and the engraving lines themselves, in the large size, haha. i ended up redrawing every single line of the line art to fit the style, but it was such a soothing delight to do - thanks so much for this laudine!

I genuinely thought I wasn't gonna finish in time, but I'm glad I did. This event was probably one of my favourites Usually I get burnt out after I do a single drawing, but these line arts were very refreshing and different from what I usually do. It was nice to just relax and colour all these in!

I also decided to add a special someone to this piece since it's the last one. Can't have Blathers, Celeste and little Goose getting lost while they search for shooting stars, so Navi, the small, adorable, whack-in-the-head-with-a-frying-pan-because-she-nevers-shuts-up fairy that annoyed helped Link on his journey in Ocarina of Time decided to lend a helping hand! (Blathers wearing green is a pure coincidence, I promise... Although with the Moon and observatory, this could've made for a pretty sweet Termina reference)
