If I may ask, what case-scenarios are you considering where it really is that detrimental for dolby to receive the power?
for me it's:
He's the biggest target for the maf rn having a disclosed power, and will be a bigger target after winning the item.
He either gets killed by the mafia for those reasons
Or lives and has to prove to us just how he lived, his townie status, and how he's useful.
If he can't secure a guaranteed mafia vote-out that night, then the jig is up for him.

There's ofc the ish of mafia ppl having their own powers, but those are my first thoughts (feel free to add on or contradict them though)

Paranoid reason number 1: He could be mafia and could be banking on a shield power of some sort that would block the vote kill next day? Which would essentially waste our kill for day 2 and waste day 3 once again, if he has a partner we spent all this time focusing on him and now we've wasted a lot of time figuring out who the partner could be. I think mafia getting the power can VERY easily hurt town and it isn't just a town positive deal.

I can kinda see tessa's reasoning cuz she's a potential target already and doesn't want that grown, am still not *quite* seeing betsy's reason outside of the potential reasons I gave in my earlier post about the matter.
