I'm mostly looking at messages kinda, at which point, I do still think Dan's been the most careful (the whole "smart person who actually acknowledges the "everything you say can and will be used against you" thing" thing)

Though I 100% want like an essay from raven before the vote hits :p

but I'm just failing to make a story of guilt as convincing to myself for anyone else.

I think what Tessa quoted doesn't really line up with the explanation here. you mention giving it to Tessa or frosty in the original post, but say give it to frosty bc they're new and give them a learning experience. I don't consider Tessa as a new player, so it seems like this reasoning only really applies to frosty

Tessa I've the most concrete things to draw a town-lean from, so as my most town-leaning, that's why she was my other item-vote candidate at that time

Already mentioned in my first response when you asked if I wanted it. I don't want to have a target on my back.

Also- in the case the item is protective, dolby should have it. He has claimed he has a certain undisclosed "advantage". This would make him (possible pr) the target. It's more important to keep pr safe.

He could be lying....but it's early in the game for that kind of strategy I think, maybe.

i think dolby is bold enough to lie, however.
 
And I don't think we should bet on it being a medical item because that's too risky

packing all the advantages into one person does not seem like a good idea for town
 
If you think you'll be the nk Tessa, and we give you the power, there's a chance the mafia will choose not to kill you to throw suspicion onto you and off of them possibly.

I think I'd do ok with whatever the item turned out to be (unless it's like a sniper thing), but I'd rather it go to someone who says they have a real advantage based on their pr. If it's a wolfy play, I think it'd be obvious the next day.
